Our Touch Panel Division, which invested in the photolithography process in 2013, manufactures touch panels such as GF1 and GFF with pattern resolution of 20 um or more by applying the roll-to-roll Dry Film Resist (DFR). In recent years, we have completed the development of ultra-fine photolithography using photoresist to produce ultra-fine pattern products of 1~2μm such as metal mesh, flexible OLED, force touch, and fingerprint sensor.
Clean Room (Vertical Laminar Down Airflow)
We have a vertical laminar flow clean room, which is comparable to that of a semiconductor factory, in order to control the air flow by area and maintain the processes with a high degree of cleanliness. In addition, our factory is optimized to stabilize laminar flow, and has clear advantages in the maintenance of cleanliness and efficient management of temperature and humidity.
